Judgment 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has been registered in Crime No.1066 of 2014 under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 354, 323, 379(NP) and 506(i) IPC on 04.09.2014. 3. In view of that, the order passed by this Court has been complied with and hence, no further order is necessary. However, the third respondent is directed to investigate into the matter. It is open to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner if necessary for staying in the house.
