Judgment On earlier occasions viz., on 23.06.2014, 25.07.2014 and 01.09.2014, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted to day i.e. on 05.09.2014 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
