Judgment : 1. At the instance of the second respondent, a case has been registered under Sections 498(A) and 406 IPC on 17.12.2013. The said F.I.R is challenged before this Court. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent. 3. The first petitioner as well as the second respondent appeared before this Court along with their younger son. The first petitioner/husband categorically stated that he is living with the second respondent continuously without any dispute. The second respondent also submits that they are living a peaceful life. In this regard, a joint memo has also been filed by the de-facto complainant/second respondent and signed by both the parties. 4. In view of the above development, the F.I.R is quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
