JUDGMENT 1. The petitioner has given a complaint against one Murugan, who alleged to have forged the signature of the petitioner and fabricated an agreement of sale dated 15.2.2011 in respect of the property of the minor that is the petitioner's son. Since the respondent refused to register the complaint and investigate, the petitioner is before this court. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). 3. The respondent is directed to enquire and to register the complaint, if cognisable offence is made out, by following the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari -vs- Govt. of U.P. and others reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353 within four weeks form the date of the receipt of a copy of the order. 4. With the above, the petition is disposed of. No costs.
