Judgment : 1. The disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner is now pending before the second respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible. 2. The second respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner in TDP Case No.01/2013, dated 05.03.2014 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
