Judgment 1. The petitioner was transferred from Panchayat Union Elementary School, Jeyamangalam to Panchayat Union Elementary School, Marukkaalpatti. 2. The learned Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner is retained in the very same place, by order dated 01.09.2014 on the file of District Educational Officer, Theni. 3. In view of the order dated 01.09.2014, nothing survives for adjudication. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(md).No.1 of 2014 is closed.
