Learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the revision petitioners want to withdraw both the Criminal Revision Cases and hence, the Criminal Revision Cases may be dismissed as withdrawn. An endorsement to the said effect has been made on each one of the Criminal Revision Cases. The endorsement is recorded and the Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
