Judgment : 1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the proceedings initiated against the petitioners by the respondent in RC MAI 2013 A 0040, SPE:CBI, ACB, Chennai. 2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that FIR filed before the Trial Court in RC MAI 2013 A 0040 was closed and as such, the present Criminal Original Petition has become an infructuous one. Further, an endorsement to that effect has also been made on behalf of the petitioner in the typed set of papers of the Criminal Original Petition. 3. Recording of aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous one.
