Judgment 1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in respect of the Crime No.5/AC/2013 on the file of Inspector of Police (Vigilance & Anti Corruption, Salem) and quash the same. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the typed set of papers to the effect that “petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the quash petition”. 3. Keeping the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
