Judgment The matter was referred for mediation and a report has been received from the Mediator dated 11/03/2014 which goes to show that that mediation was held, the appellant and respondents appeared along with their counsel and based on the discussion held, the parties agreed for settlement of their dispute in the following terms 1. Both the parties have agreed for mutual divorce. 2. It is agreed by the parties that they will not claim any alimony and maintenance. 3. It is agreed by the parties that the appellant will not claim any right in the property (any moveable and immoveable) of the respondent in future. 4. It is agreed by the parties that in future there will be no litigation in regard to any other dispute including matrimonial, which have been settled here in Mediation. 5. It is agreed by the parties that in future, none of the parties will interfere in any of the affairs of the parties. Keeping in view of the aforesaid settlement arrived at between the parties and taking note of the report of the mediator and settlement entered into which is signed by both the appellant and respondents and counter signed by their counsel and mediator. Finding the settlement to be reasonable, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement entered into and indicated hereinabove, the marriage between the parties is directed to be dissolved. The judgment and decree of the Court below shall be modified in terms of settlement and the settlement entered into on 11/03/2014 before the Mediator shall form part of the judgment and decree, a decree be issued accordingly. With the aforesaid, appeal is disposed of. Certified copy as per rules.
