Judgment 1. The petitioner has come up with the present contempt petition alleging that the order of this Court, dated 28.11.2013 made in M.P.(md).No.2 of 2013 in W.P.(MD) No.19300 of 2013, has not been complied with, within the time stipulated. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the order of this Court, dated 28.11.2013, made in M.P.(md).No.2 of 2013 in W.P.(MD) No.19300 of 2013, has already been complied with and results have been published and Eligibility Certificates have also been issued. The said statement is recorded. 3. In view of the said statement, I do not propose to proceed further in this matter. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub.A.(MD).No.149 of 2014 is also closed.
