JUDGMENT : Suresh Kait, J. (Oral):-- C.M. No. 20014/2014 (Exemption) Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 8696/2014 1. Vide the present petition; the petitioner seeks directions thereby directing the respondent No. 2 to record the name of the petitioner in the concerned Revenue record and the certificate of Mutation be issued in the name of the petitioner in compliance of order dated 15.10.2014 passed by the SDM/Revenue Assistant, Najafgarh. 2. The present petition is a second round of litigation of the petitioner. Earlier, in petition No. 5973/2014, this Court vide order dated 08.09.2014 directed the SDM/Revenue Assistant, Najafgarh to decide the representation dated 26.12.2013 and 04.08.2014 made by the petitioner. 3. Pursuant thereto, the SDM/Revenue Assistant, Najafgarh, vide its order dated 15.10.2014 directed the respondent No. 2 Tehsildar, Najafgarh to mutate the suit land as per the Will dated 10.02.1993 executed by Late Smt. Chanderpati in favour of the petitioner, keeping in mind the objection to mutation filed by Sh. Rattan Singh S/o Sh. Bhagat Ram is removed. 4. Thereafter the petitioner made the application for mutation in terms of order dated 15.10.2014 passed by Revenue Assistant for recording the name of the petitioner in the Revenue Record and issuance of the Mutation certificate in respect of the land in question. However, till date no response has been received from the other side. 5. Issue notice. 6. Ms. Chanchal Sharma, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and submits that the application dated 21.10.2014 will be decided within four weeks. 5. Keeping in view the facts and circumstance of the case, I direct respondent No. 2 to decide the above-noted application of the petitioner within two weeks from today. 6. In view of the above, the petition is allowed. 7. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of Court Master to the counsel for the petitioner.
