Judgment : 1. The petitioner who is a minor is an accused for the offences under Sections 174 r/w 306 IPC. He has come out with the petition seeking a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul, to accept the surrender of the petitioner. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent. 3. Taking into consideration of the petitioner's age there shall be a direction to the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul, to consider the petitioner's bail petition on the same day and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
