JUDGMENT : 1. The petition was dismissed by order dated 10.12.2014 with costs of Rs. 20,000/- to the respondent - Indian Overseas Bank observing that the said Bank alone appeared on advance notice. 2. However, it is brought to our notice by Mr. Anil Kumar Sangal, Advocate that he entered appearance for the respondents No. 2, 5, 6, 7 and 11 (State Bank of India) and that his appearance was also marked in the cause title to the order. 3. After verifying the record, it is confirmed by the Registry that there was appearance on behalf of the State Bank of India too. 4. Hence, accepting the oral request made by Mr. Anil Kumar Sangal, Advocate, para 29 of the order dated 10.12.2014 shall stand modified as under: “29. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with costs of Rs. 20,000/-”.
