Judgment 1. At the instance of the second respondent/de-facto complainant, a case has been registered against the petitioners under Sections 506(ii) and 498(A) IPC. After the investigation, a charge sheet has been filed. The said charge sheet is being challenged before this Court. 2. When the matter is called today, both the petitioners as well as the second respondent are present before this Court and the second respondent categorically stated that after living separately for one year she got reunited 2012 itself and she has been living together with the first petitioner and the same was confirmed by the petitioners. 3. As both parties jointly represented that they are leading peaceful life and the second respondent does not want to proceed with the complaint, no fruitful result will be achieved by further proceeding in the matter. 4. In view of the above, C.C. No.136 of 2012 dated 21.06.2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirupathur, is quashed against the petitioners and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
