Judgment 1. The second respondent filed a complaint against the petitioner which has been under Section 381 IPC. The said F.I.R is being challenged before this Court. 2. When the matter is called today, both the petitioner as well as the second respondent and her husband are present before this Court and the second respondent would submit that the matter has been settled and she is not interested in further proceedings in the matter. The same fact is confirmed by her husband namely Ganesan of the second respondent. 3. In view of the above, F.I.R No.952 of 2013 dated 08.12.2013 on the file of the first respondent police, is quashed against the petitioner and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
