Judgment : 1. Based on the second respondent's complaint against the petitioners, F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.23 of 2014 dated 20.08.2014 under Sections 417, 376 and 506(i) IPC. The said F.I.R is being challenged before this Court. 2. When the matter is called today, both the petitioners as well as the second respondent along with their mother are present before this Court and the second respondent categorically submitted that the matter has been settled and she does not want to proceed with the complaint and the same was confirmed by her mother namely Jasmin. 3. In view of the categorical statement made by her mother, no fruitful result will be achieved by further proceeding in the matter. Hence, Crime No.23 of 2014 dated 20.08.2014 on the file of the first respondent police, is quashed against the petitioners and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
