JUDGMENT Mr. Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.:- Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner No.2 Vinod who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354-A, 498-A, 506 and 509, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.229, dated 25.10.2013, registered at Police Station, Pinjore, District Panchkula. 2. Petition qua Santosh Kumari (petitioner No.1) was withdrawn on 18.12.2013. 3. Learned counsel contends that so far as Vinod (petitioner No.2) is concerned, he is the cousin of the husband of the complainant and residing at Delhi since 1977. He has no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the complainant and that of her husband. He has been falsely implicated just to widen the array of the accused. He further contends that in compliance of the order dated 18.12.2013 passed by this Court, petitioner No.2 did join the investigation and co-operated with the Investigating Agency. 4. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rajpal, Police Station, Pinjore, District Panchkula, very fairly concedes that petitioner No.2 (Vinod) has joined the investigation and his further custodial interrogation is not required in the present case. 5. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed qua petitioner No.2-Vinod and interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2013 are made absolute. 6. Petitioner No.2 shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down in Section 438(2), Cr.P.C. ---------0.B.S.0------------
