Judgment : 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.P.Rajalakhsmi, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2. The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the representation preferred by the Petitioner dated 2.8.14 and revoke the suspension order passed by the first respondent vide Proceedings No. 003/Admn./5-1/2014 dated 08.01.2014 against the Petitioner herein 3. Though the petitioner has sought for larger relief, I am of the view that it would suffice if a direction is given to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2014, within a time frame. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
