Judgment : 1. The petitioner and the respondent are personally present along with their respective counsel. In terms of the award of the Lok Adalat, dated 12.04.2014, a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in cash is paid in the Court. Receipt of the said amount is acknowledged by the respondent. He has also issued a stamped receipt for the receipt of the said amount for being kept in the file in this case. The condition stipulated in the award of the Lok Adalat has been complied with. Compliance is recorded. Apart from recording the compliance, no further order is needed in this case, as the award passed by the Lok Adalat takes effects. 2. The Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly.
