Order 1. The first respondent initiated disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner and ultimately, he was terminated from service. The said order was set aside by this Court by order dated 30.06.2009 in W.P.(MD).No.39768 of 2006. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner was reinstated in service. However, he was not paid the benefits on the ground that enquiry was pending against him, on account of his act of desertion. similarly his services were also not regularised. The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to pay him wages for the period in question. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, by placing reliance on a copy of the proceedings dated 25.08.2014, submitted that even in respect of the enquiry initiated against the petitioner, action was dropped. 3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 06.08.2012, on merits and as per law and in the light of the order passed by this Court, dated 30.06.2009 in W.P.(md).No.39768 of 2006 and the “F” Order in PR.145/2008, dated 25.08.2014. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(md).No.1 of 2013 is closed.
