Judgment 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that during the currency of the writ petition, the names of the petitioners were excluded from the panel and they have already filed a writ petition in this regard. 2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
