Order 1. The petitioner was initially appointed as House Keeper Grade-II on 07.05.1984. He was posted at Government Head Quarters Hospital, Trichy. His services were regularised subsequently on completion of probation vide proceedings dated 30.08.1988 on the file of District Medical Officer, Trichirappalli. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that notwithstanding the completion of more than 10 years of service, he has not been given the revised selection grade scale of pay. The petitioner submitted a representation on 07.05.2012, requesting the first respondent to consider his case for revision of pay scale. The present request is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation. 3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation along with a copy of this order so as to enable the first respondent to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
