Judgment : 1. Though the petitioner challenged the order of suspension dated 07.08.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case, the representation submitted by him on 19.08.2014 is considered on merits. 2. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 19.08.2014, submitted by the petitioner, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is also dismissed. No costs.
