JUDGMENT A.M. Sapre, J. Heard Mr. G. Rahul, learned counsel for the appellants and Mr. G.N. Sahewalla, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. B.K. Das, learned counsel for the respondents. This is an appeal under Rule 2(3) of Chapter-V-A of the Gauhati High Court Rules by the writ petitioners of W.P.(C) No. 6987 of 2013 against the order dated 6.3.3014 passed in the aforesaid writ petition by the Single Judge. By the impugned order, learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition filed by the appellants and declined to grant them any relief as claimed in the writ petition. Without burdening the order with more facts and having heard learned counsel for the appellants and on perusal of the records of the case, we are inclined to dismiss this appeal as, in our opinion, it has no merit therein. But, at the same time, we grant liberty to the appellants to raise their grievance by filing fresh writ petition, if eventually they feel aggrieved of any adverse action, if taken by the respondents eventually in the matter of award of tender for which this writ petition is filed. With this liberty, we dismiss this appeal in limini. No cost.
