ORDER 1. Heard counsel for the appellants and the State. In a conviction under Section 302, learned counsel for the appellants submits that they are all ladies. The allegations are omnibus with no specific attribution. There were other male accused also. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that twelve injuries were found on the person of the deceased. 3. Only for the reason that the appellants are ladies with no specific attribution of any overt act of assault against them, the allegations being omnibus, it is directed that the appellants shall be released on bail on each of them furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety each in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court for their appearance before the trial Court on 27th of October, 2014 and thereafter they shall continue to appear before the said Court on all such subsequent dates as are given to them by the trial Court till the disposal of this appeal. Certified copy as per rules. Application allowed.
