Judgment: Heard counsel for the parties. 2. Considering the fact that the Ban Sagar Project has been completed by now, the question of entertaining the relief in terms of prayer clause (iii) directing the Authorities not to employ persons who have been benefited by providing job and to remove them, does not arise. 3. As regards payment of compensation or allotment of land to the affected persons by the Project, the aggrieved party is free to pursue remedy under the Land Acquisition Act or make representation to the Collector, if so advised. That will have to be examined and decided on its own merits in accordance with law. 4. We also make it clear that the issue raised by the petitioner about illegalities committed in rehabilitation of persons can also be agitated before the Collector, who we have no manner of doubt, will examine the same and take appropriate action, as may be advised. If the petitioners or any other person are aggrieved by the decision of the Collector or any other forum, will be free to challenge the same by way of appropriate proceedings which can be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. Disposed of accordingly.
