Order M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Heard Mr. J. Anandkumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. A.K. Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, Mr. M. Muniasamy, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent, and Mr. M.S. Jeyakarthik, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the fifth respondent. Even though the name of the fourth respondent is printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on behalf of the fourth respondent, either in person or through Counsel. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, which is to be submitted by him, is directed to be disposed of, by the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent and the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the fifth respondent, have no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and in view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to submit a detailed representation setting out his grievances to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner, the fifth respondent and the other persons concerned, if any. However, it is made clear, that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
