Judgment : V.S. Ravi, J. 1. Today, when the matter is called in open Court, counsel for the petitioner, petitioner and also the detenue are present. The petitioner identified the detenue. The detenue has categorically asserted in open Court that there is no illegal detention or confinement or harassment or torture caused to her by any one. Hence, the habeas corpus petition becomes infructuous and the same is dismissed.
