Judgment 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that as per the order of this Court, action has been taken against one Rajendran, S.S.I., by issuance of show-cause notice on 08.09.2014. Moreover, an enquiry was reopened and the F.I.R has been registered. 3. In view of that no further order is necessary. The respondent-police is directed to investigate the matter and file final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the respondent police is directed to continue the proceedings. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
