Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.B.Pugalendhi, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. 3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents had not refuted the said statement made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4. In view of the said statements made by the parties concerned, this writ petition stands dismissed, as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No costs.
