JUDGMENT : Hima Kohli, J.:-- 1. The present petition has been listed on urgent basis, subject to an office objection raised by the Registry with regard to its maintainability with an observation that the petitioner’s relief lies before the Central Administrative Tribunal. 2. Counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioner to seek the relief, as prayed for in this petition, before the Tribunal. 3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the pending application.
