Judgment 1. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
