Judgment : M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Heard Mr.P.Pethu Rajesh, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant and Mr.M.Muniasamy, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ appeal, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant had submitted that the representation, dated 13.12.2013, had been submitted by the appellant, to the respondent, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, on 14.11.2013, in W.P. (MD) No.17625 of 2013. However, the representation submitted by the appellant, dated 13.12.2013, had not been disposed of, by the respondent, till date. 3. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that the enquiry relating to the charges levelled against the appellant is being conducted and that final orders will be passed, as expeditiously as possible. 4. In view of the said submissions made by the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, we find it appropriate to direct the respondent to complete the enquiry, based on the charges levelled against the appellant and by taking into consideration the representation submitted by the appellant, dated 13.12.2013, as expeditiously as possible, not later than four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the appellant herein. 5. The writ appeal stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
