Judgment : 1. Though the petitioner seeks for sanction of educational loan for his daughter, this Court, by order dated 17.04.2014 ordered notice to the respondent and also permitted private notice. 2. Batta has been paid and private notice has not been taken to the respondent. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter and hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, this order will not stand in the way of the petitioner in approaching the respondent for getting educational loan, if he so required any loan. No costs.
