Judgment : Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, F.I.R was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C and after investigation the complaint was closed as action dropped. 3. A copy of the closure report was served on the petitioner in the open Court today. Therefore, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
