Judgment : 1. Both the husband and wife appeared before this Court today along with their respective counsel. 2. The petitioner/ wife has expressed her willingness to live with the husband for which the respondent / husband stated that he is also willing to live with the petitioner, provided the petitioner withdraws private complaint filed by her under the Domestic Violence Act. 3. The wife wanted an undertaking from the husband that he will take her back. Accordingly, the husband made an endorsement that he will take his wife back, if she withdraws the proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act pending before the Judicial Magistrate II, Coimbatore. 4. It seems that there is yet another suit in O.S.No.89 of 2014 filed at the instance of the husband, pending on the file of District Munsif, Madurai and the husband has made an endorsement that he will withdraw the Original Suit in O.S.No.89 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif Madurai. 5. In view of the endorsement made to facilitate reunion, it is appropriate that all proceedings referred above should be allowed to be withdrawn. 6. Accordingly, the proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate II, Coimbatore in D.V.A.No.24 of 2012 stands dismissed as withdrawn. 7. Similarly, O.S.No.89 of 2014 pending before the District Munsif, Madurai and H.M.O.P.No.292 of 2012 on the file of III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai also stand dismissed as withdrawn. 8. In view of the compromise entered into and in view of the undertaking given by the husband and wife, the Tr.C.M.P. is closed.
