At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent had submitted that an e-auction was scheduled to be held, on 22.1.2014. However, no e-auction had taken place. In such circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that no e-auction had taken place, on 22.1.2014, the issues relating to the e-auction are not being decided by this Court, at this stage. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
