Judgment : 1. The petitioner earlier filed a writ petition in W.P.(md).No.5283 of 2014, complaining that he has not been paid the gratuity amount by the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent, pursuant to the order dated 26.03.2014 in W.P.(md).No.5283 of 2014, passed an order dated 18.06.2014 indicating the amount payable to the petitioner. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid the gratuity amount, in spite of passing such an order by the fourth respondent. 3. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submitted that the fourth respondent would pay the gratuity amount as indicated in the proceedings dated 18.06.2014 as expeditiously as possible. 4. The fourth respondent is directed to pay the gratuity amount, as indicated in the proceedings dated 18.06.2014 to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to take up the issue regarding payment of leave salary and other arrears with the fourth respondent. In case, the petitioner submits a representation for payment of such arrears, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the fourth respondent, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
