Order 1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the prayer in the writ petitions has become infructuous. 2. In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2013 are also dismissed. No costs.
