Judgment : 1. The petitioner was transferred from Nagercoil to Virudhunagar. The said order was challenged in W.P.(md).No.3182 of 2012. This Court was pleased to grant an interim order of stay. During the currency of the writ petition, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board recalled the order of transfer and retained the petitioner. 2. The petitioner now claims salary during the period of stay. 3. The fourth respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking regularization of the service period from 10.03.2012 to 31.07.2012. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
