Judgment : 1. The petitioner is claiming right over the common pathway and the proposed accused has created a forged document and in view of the forged document, the proposed accused are preventing the petitioner from using the common pathway. Hence, the petitioner has given a complaint. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner has come before this Court. 2. Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kandasamy, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the State. 3. It is seen that already enquiry was conducted and it was brought to the notice of this Court by the police that already civil suits in O.S.No.449 of 2014 and O.S.No.848 of 2014 are pending between the parties and the police already advised them to approach the civil Court. Therefore, the prayer sought for cannot be granted. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
