ORDER : 1. It has been brought to our notice that in paragraph 22 of the judgment delivered on 14th March, 2014 in Civil Appeal No. 3867 of 2014 [Arising out of SLP (Civil) No. 27916 of 2009], the sentence "The judgment of the Trial Court is confirmed on Issue No III also" needs to be deleted. We order accordingly.
