Judgment : 1. This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 18.07.2012 made in W.P.No. 17225/2012. 2. During the pendency of the contempt petition, the order of this Court has been complied with and the amount is also paid to the petitioner and the same is intimated by the Regional Director of Collegiate Education to the Director of College Education in Na.Ka.No. 6990/A1/2014 dated 01.09.2014 3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
