Judgment 1. Mr. P. Arivudainambi, learned counsel appearing for the appellants has made an endorsement on the reverse of the Memorandum of Second Appeal, saying that the issue involved in the Second Appeal has been settled out of Court amicably between the parties concerned in view of the registered Release Deed dated 10.7.2013. 2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
