JUDGMENT Dilip Gupta, J. The only direction issued by the learned Single Judge in the order dated 19 November 2013 which is impugned in this special appeal was to permit the original petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation before the Director, Minority Welfare Department, Lucknow and the authority was directed to take a decision strictly in accordance with law. Following the order of the learned Single Judge, the Director, Minority Welfare Department has, in fact, decided the representation by an order dated 26 December 2013. 2. The dispute relates to grant of approval to the appointment of the 8th respondent (respondent no. 7 in the writ petition). The 8th respondent has not challenged the order dated 26 December 2013 at least at this stage. 3. Hence, all that needs to be done in the special appeal is to leave it open to the aggrieved individual or individuals, as the case may be, to take recourse of such remedy as may be available in law in respect of the order dated 26 December 2013 on which we express no opinion whatsoever. All the rights and contentions in that regard are kept open. 4. The special appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
