Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 & 2 from interfering with the civil dispute between the 1st petitioner and 3rd respondent. 2. At the time when the writ petition was entertained, there is an interim direction restraining the respondents 1 & 2 from harassing the petitioner. 3. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents 1 & 2 are harassing the petitioner, at the instance of the third respondent, also pressurizing the petitioner to part with huge amount of money. 4. As noticed above, there is an order of interim direction issued. This interim order shall continue and be a final order in the writ petition. However, this order shall not prevent the second respondent from enquiring into the complaint, where the cognizable offence is said to have been committed. However, under the guise of enquiry there shall not be any harassment. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected M.P. (MD).No.2 of 2013 is closed. No costs.
