Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to hand over the tractor bearing No.TN-58-Q-2219 to the petitioner. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank that the vehicle was repossessed by the respondent Bank on 24.07.2013, since the petitioner has committed default in payment of the loan amount and since the petitioner did not pay the amount even after demand notice, the vehicle was sold in public auction for a sum of Rs.1,56,000/- on the same day. 3. In view of the subsequent events, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD).Nos.1 & 2 of 2013 are closed.
