Judgment : 1. The petitioner seeks for a direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2012 submitted in person to the 1st respondent. 2. In the said representation, the petitioner seeks for cancellation of the registered sale deed in Document No.264/2006. Though the said document is said to have been registered in 2006, it is after six years, the petitioner has approached the first respondent by way of a representation. Furthermore, for the past more than one year, this writ petition is pending before this Court and it was not even entertained and no notice was ordered. 3. In the light of the above, the petitioner is directed to pursue the representation pending before the first respondent, by sending a reminder along with a copy of this order and on such receipt, the first respondent shall proceed in accordance with law. 4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
