JUDGMENT A.M. SAPRE, J. Heard Mr. M. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. This contempt application arises our out an interim order passed on 25.7.2005 in W.P.(C) No. 5221 of 2005. I am not inclined to express any opinion on the merits and demerits of the controversy and grant liberty to the petitioner to apply for suitable orders either for modification, confirmation or any other interim order as he may deem fit before the Writ Court in the pending writ petition. In any event whatever order that may be passed will always be subject to result of the main writ petition. It is, therefore, proper to approach the writ court and pray for passing of appropriate orders on such interim matter rather than to pursue contempt. It is more so when I find that interim order was an ex-parte one. It is with these observations, this contempt application stands disposed of without going into its merits. No cost.
